OverviewDevelopment PlanAdaptive ReuseEvents Calendar Santee Court will be developed in three phases: Phase One consists of 165 loft apartments for rent and 40,000 square feet of retail space. Construction is under way and is scheduled for completion in March 2004. Pre-leasing has begun.   Loft-style condominiums will be available for sale starting in March 2005. These homes will range from 800 sq. ft. to penthouse town-homes of up to 2,500 sq. ft.   An additional 300 loft apartments will be available for occupancy in 2006. When complete, the project will represent a neighborhood of new urban homes in early twentieth century architecture and ground floor retail ideally suited for a growing urban community.
