OverviewPressLinks Back to Press page Santee Court Opens in Style Publish Date: 05/22/2004 Downtown News Downtown leaders and community members sipped martinis and gazed at fashion models at last Friday's opening gala for Santee Court, a $130 million mixed-use project in the Fashion District. Residents began moving into the project's first 165 lofts earlier this month. The largest adaptive reuse development in Downtown, Santee Court includes nine nearly contiguous garment buildings, which developer Mark Weinstein is converting into housing and retail. The second phase, which is scheduled to open next spring, will feature up to 80 condominiums.
